Hot Treatment
Place the Pillow carefully in the middle of the clean turntable of the microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes. Shake the contents before use and place them on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Reheat as required.
Cold Treatment
Chill the pillow in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes. Shake the contents before use and place on the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes. Rechill as required.
